FREShh! are a local progressive company based in Derbyshire and provide New Build cleaning services to the construction industry in the Midlands area. We were approached by FREShh to take over the domain management, hosting of their website and provide ongoing Managed IT Support.

After having a successful career spanning many years in the NHS, Dianne was ready to move on to a new project and the idea of FREShh was born. They would provide cleaning services to the construction industry and in late 2019 FREShh Contract Cleaning came a reality.

The Challenge

Before contacting CloudHost, Dianne needed a website to show case the company and promote the cleaning services it could offer to local businesses as well as construction companies within the East Midlands area. The team at FREShh also needed a professional email platform and on-going support for desktop computers and mobile devices after coming under attack from phishing emails which nearly had disastrous consequences for the business.

The first thing CloudHost did was understand Dianne's business in order to design a brilliant website which would stand out from the crowd and her competitors. Dianne and the rest of the team of FREShh also needed a complete computer refresh and email hosting platform so it was clear that by taking advantage of Microsoft's 365 platform would only be beneficial. Brand new Intel i7 computers were purchased, configured and delivered and each machine joined to Microsoft Azure AD which allows for greater data security and IT policies to be implemented. CloudHost's Managed IT Support package now helps FREShh to help and support staff whenever they have an IT issue as well as provide training on various Microsoft applications wherever needed.

The Results

Since working with CloudHost, FREShh has taken taken up our Cloud Backup service along with Onsite IT Clinics which allows us to provide piece of mind that in the event an email gets deleted or file gets overwritten - FREShh can call and an expert engineer will be able to restore this critical data.
